Second in Line Ministries began with the purpose of bringing the Gospel to those outside of the church through Bible studies, outreach meals and street witnessing. We now also give away free bibles at the Head of the Lakes fair and on Halloween night at Hammond park in Superior. 

Since COVID  we are now giving out what we call "love bags" to homeless individuals we encounter on the streets in Duluth and Superior.  In each bag we include bar soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, a razor, rain poncho, socks, gloves and a hat, feminine products for the women, deodorant, a bottle of water, granola bars, cheese crackers, etc.and a New Testament. We do what we can and inform people of where help in the community is available for housing, meals, food shelves and other needs. We also supply these bags to a low income boardinghouse in Duluth. 

​Sometimes you will see us on the streets of Duluth and Superior sharing the Gospel and praying with individuals.  Our goal is to bring the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ to those who don't know Him and to motivate and encourage those who know Jesus to live a life of victory over sin through the power of the Holy Spirit.  In all that we do we desire to bring God the glory for we are just His vessels by which He speaks love and truth into individuals lives so that they can live the life He has intended for them.
